I am back from holiday in Blakeney, Norfolk
The weather was good and we spent a lot of time drawing and painting.
I drew mainly around Blakeney, Moreston and Cley.
I bought a lovely recycled brown paper sketchbook by Daler- Rowney at Picturecraft in Holt, a treasure trove of a shop.
Here's the link www.picturecraftgallery.com.
For the pen sketches I used a gel pen and it just skimmed across the paper so quickly and easily.
I also captured fleeting moments with pastel. You have to be fast out in the field or it all slips away.
